The Delta City Council convened for a regular meeting on June 17, 2026, to consider multiple legislative items ranging from infrastructure requirements to budgetary adjustments. The session included the review of various ordinances and resolutions presented by Mayor KC Bogue.
During the meeting, the council reviewed several ordinances related to city code and infrastructure. Proposed items included Ordinance 26-331 regarding the repeal of Delta City Code 18.64.032 concerning fronting narrow right-of-way, and Ordinance 26-335, which addressed requirements for sidewalks along street frontages of improved roads.
