What?
Courtesy notice is hereby given that the Cottonwood Heights Architectural Review Commission
will hold a public meeting to review and take possible action on the following applications:
1. SPL-26-005 – Little Champs ABA
Request for a Certificate of Design Compliance for a proposed wall and pole/monument sign
for Little Champs ABA, located at 1950 E. Fort Union.

When and Where?
The meeting will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 24, 2026 at Cottonwood Heights
City Hall (2277 E. Bengal Blvd.), in the City Council Work Room.
How Can I Learn More about the Projects?
The meeting agenda and staff report for these projects will be posted online to the city website. To

Packets, & Minutes.” These materials will be posted by end of day on Thursday, September 17,

Are Public Comments Accepted at the Meeting?
Architectural Review Commission meetings are conducted as public meetings, not public hearings,
and as such, public comment is not included on the meeting agenda. For those wishing to inquire

the Project” section, or attend the public meeting to listen in.
