The Murray Redevelopment Agency scheduled a board meeting for Sept. 15, 2026, according to a notice posted Sept. 9.
The meeting is set to begin at 5:30 p.m. at 10 East 4800 South in Murray.
The agenda for the meeting includes the approval of minutes from July 21, 2026, and August 18, 2026. Elvon Farrell is scheduled to present an action item regarding a resolution to approve a letter to Salt Lake County to terminate the property tax increment funds collection period for the East Vine Street Redevelopment Project Area.
Other discussion items include the potential future use of RDA-owned property at 4868 South Box Elder Street for a fire department training facility, with Chad Wilkinson presenting. Additional updates scheduled for the meeting include discussions on the Old City Hall site, future RDA project areas, and the Murray Chapel property renovation.
The Murray Redevelopment Agency meets on the first and third Tuesday of each month. Special accommodations for the hearing or visually impaired are available upon request to the Office of the Murray City Recorder by providing notification two working days prior to the meeting.
