During the agenda portion, the board will consider approving the minutes from the Aug. 5, 2025, public meeting. The trustees will also tentatively adopt the 2027 tentative budget for the general fund and other budgetary funds. This includes setting a date, time, and location for a public hearing to discuss the 2027 calendar year budget, which is scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Utah County Administration Building, Room 1400.

Public comments are permitted at the meeting, though individual comments will be limited to two minutes unless otherwise approved by the board. Board members may participate electronically if necessary.
