A driver was transported to the hospital after a medical emergency led to them crashing into the Logan River on Sunday. Nearby bystanders were able to pull the driver out of the river. Utah Highway Patrol officers confirmed the SUV was traveling southbound on State Route 89 when they experienced a medical emergency at milepost 474 and veered off the road into the Logan River.
