The Enoch City Council has released an amended agenda for its upcoming meeting scheduled for August 5, 2026, at 6:00pm. The meeting will take place at the City Offices located at 900 E. Midvalley Road and may be attended via Zoom.
Among the items for consideration is Ordinance No. 2026-08-05, which seeks to amend the Enoch City Code 12.1400.1402-1403 regarding permitted and conditional uses in the R-1-18 zone. Additionally, the council will consider Resolution No. 2026-08-05, which proposes making improvements to Minersville Highway and renaming the highway through the Enoch boundary.
Several discussion items are slated for the meeting, including impact fees for The Hub Pizza and LS Electric, the Bulldog waterline, and potential park space on school district property. The council will also discuss the need for committee appointments for Wreaths Across America, the Waterboard, and Parks and Rec.
The agenda also includes a review of city employee compensation adjustments and the approval of a proposed update to the road breaking and trenching permit. The council is scheduled to approve the fraud risk assessment for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027.
A closed session is planned to discuss matters including collective bargaining, pending or reasonably imminent litigation, real property transactions involving water rights or shares, and investigative proceedings regarding allegations of criminal misconduct.
