The Grantsville City Planning Commission scheduled a regular meeting for Tuesday, September 1, 2026, according to an August 19 public notice. The meeting is set to take place at 7:00 p.m. at 429 East Main Street, Grantsville, UT 84029.
The meeting agenda includes a request for a plat extension for the Matthews Meadows Phase 2 Subdivision. Additionally, the commission will hold a discussion regarding a proposed new use for an animal encounters facility within Chapters 2, 8, and 15.
Commissioners are also scheduled to review proposed amendments to Chapter 9 of the Grantsville Land Use Ordinance. The meeting will also include the approval of minutes from the August 18, 2026, Planning Commission Regular Meeting and a report from city staff.
