SEVIER COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) — A man was arrested in Sevier County on Wednesday after allegedly threatening to "shoot and kill" officers during a barricade situation. According to Sevier County Sheriff's Office, officers responded to a barricaded subject. Jared Frundy, 46, had barricaded himself in the downstairs area of his home.
