The Woodland Hills City Planning Commission has scheduled a public hearing for August 19, 2026, to discuss proposed amendments to Title 10, Zoning Regulations, of the Woodland Hills City Code, according to a notice posted August 3.
The hearing is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. at the Woodland Hills City Office, located at 690 South Woodland Hills Drive. The Planning Commission will receive public comments and consider whether to recommend approval, modification, or denial of the proposed changes to the Woodland Hills City Council.
The proposed amendments include revisions for several areas, including definitions and standards for primary and secondary driveways, building permits, and certificates of occupancy. Other proposed changes involve setback requirements for accessory buildings and corner lots, swimming pool fencing and safety requirements, and parking for recreational vehicles, boats, and camping trailers. Additionally, the amendments address residential driveway standards regarding width, grade, drainage, culvert, and roadway approach, as well as parking and loading facility design and surfacing requirements.
