The Woodland Hills City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, to discuss proposed amendments to Title 11.4.5 of the Woodland Hills City Code, according to an August 3 notice.
The scheduled hearing is set for 7:00 p.m. at the Woodland Hills City Office, located at 690 South Woodland Hills Drive. The proposed code amendments address the administration, extension, forfeiture, inspection, acceptance, and release of performance guarantees and durability retainers for subdivision improvements. Additionally, the amendments include provisions for inspection fees and objective inspection standards related to subdivision construction.
During the hearing, the Planning Commission will receive public comments and consider whether to recommend that the Woodland Hills City Council approve, modify, or deny the proposed changes. Interested individuals are invited to attend and provide input.
The proposed amendments are available for review at Woodland Hills City Hall during regular business hours. Individuals requiring special accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act should contact the City Recorder at least two business days before the hearing.
