The Woodland Hills City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, according to a notice posted August 17. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. at the Woodland Hills City Center or virtually via Zoom.
The agenda includes a public hearing regarding proposed amendments to City Code Title 10 and City Code 11.4.5. Additionally, the commission will discuss the approval of the Summit Creek G1-B final plat, pending successful final inspection of improvements and verification of bonding and deeded water rights.
Commissioners will also review a status report on the Bellview Phase B Subdivision, which includes the concurrence of a need for a grading study to identify the building envelope and consideration of core drilling of Bell Cove. The meeting will be led by Chairman Wayne Frandsen.
Public participation is invited in person at 690 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, Utah, or through a link available on the Woodland Hills City Website. Public comments are limited to two minutes or less, and only in-person comments will be included in the official record.
