The Woodland Hills City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, according to a notice posted August 17. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. at the Woodland Hills City Center or virtually via Zoom.
The agenda includes a public hearing regarding proposed amendments to City Code Title 10 and City Code 11.4.5. Additionally, the commission will discuss the approval of the Summit Creek G1-B final plat, pending successful final inspection of improvements and verification of bonding and deeded water rights.
Commissioners will also review a status report on the Bellview Phase B Subdivision, which includes the concurrence of a need for a grading study to identify the building envelope and consideration of core drilling of Bell Cove. The meeting will be led by Chairman Wayne Frandsen.
