The Levan Town Planning Commission scheduled a public hearing for Wednesday, September 2, 2026, to discuss potential changes to local land use regulations, according to a August 21 statement.
The hearing is set to begin at 6:45 pm at the Levan Town Hall, located at 20 N Main St., Levan, UT 84639. The purpose of the meeting is to accept comments regarding an amendment to the town's Land Use and Development Code. The proposed changes involve adding an ordinance for short-term rentals.
A copy of the proposed ordinance is available at the town office during business hours, Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
