The following action was taken by the Planning Commission on the above described item at its regular meeting of

August 26, 2026:

RECOMMENDED APPROVAL

On a vote of 5:0, the Planning Commission recommended that the Municipal Council approve the above noted application.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR PROPERTY TO BE REZONED

The property to be rezoned to the R1.8 Zone is described in the attached Exhibit A.

and recommendations.

• The Coordinator Review Committee (CRC) has reviewed the application and given their approval.

• A neighborhood meeting was held on 07/29/2026.

NEIGHBORHOOD AND PUBLIC COMMENT

• The Neighborhood District Chair addressed the Planning Commission during the public hearing.

• Sharon Memmott stated that this item was presented at the district meeting and that no one had any negative

feedback or concerns.
