The Santaquin Library Board convened for an in-person meeting on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at the City Hall Building Council Chambers. The session focused on several items of new business including state library recertification and updates regarding a new library building.
During the meeting, the board addressed the approval of the Strategic Plan and Collection Development Policies required for State Library Recertification. Additionally, members reviewed staff conferences that were attended and received reports on programs held.
Progress regarding the new library building was also a topic of discussion during the session.
The next meeting for the Library Board is scheduled for October 14, 2026. The City Recorder noted that notices for such meetings are available at Santaquin City Hall, Zions Bank, and the Santaquin Post Office.
