SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — The former battalion chief who pleaded guilty to viewing child sexual abuse material while on duty has been sentenced. Kelly J. Carter previously served as a Salt Lake City Fire Department (SLCFD) battalion chief, before retiring in 2025.
