The 13th Biannual Utah Crime, Justice and Equity Student Conference was scheduled to take place on Saturday, December 12, 2026, in Salt Lake City. Held at the Salt Lake Community College Larry Miller Campus, the event was free and open to the public.
The conference was designed for Utah undergraduate and graduate students to present within the fields of justice studies, criminology, criminal justice, peace studies, and conflict studies. According to a notice from the Save the Kids group, the mission of the conference is to promote scholarship, community engagement, research, and a more educated democratic citizenship for a peaceful world.
Student proposals for presentations or posters were due by Friday, November 15, 2026. The conference chairs included Stephanie Hoffman, Anthony J. Nocella II, David Robles, and Antonette Gray.
The event was scheduled to run from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Larry Miller Campus, located at 9750 South 300 West in Sandy, Utah. Parking for the event was provided free of charge.
