1) Consider Approval of the July 29, 2026, Planning Commission Meeting Minutes.
2) Receive an Update from Oquirrh Wood Ranch.
3) Presentation by Jim Spung Regarding the Conditional Use Permit Ordinance.
4) Consider and Set Dates for a Planning Commission Work Session During the First Week
of September and a Public Hearing on September 8, 2026, Regarding the Conditional
Use Permit Ordinance.
5) Discussion Regarding Wildlife Protection Zone and Agriculture Protection Area.
