The City of Orem has issued a bid advertisement for its 2027 Crack Seal Project. According to a notice on the city's website, the work will consist of crack sealing in various locations throughout the city.
Bids for the project can be submitted via separate sealed documents or through electronic submittal using Bonfire. Submissions will be received by City Engineer Taggart Bowen at the City of Orem Engineering Division until September 30, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. The project has an approximate budget of $255,000.
Contract documents were made available on September 9 via Bonfire or at the City of Orem Engineering Division. While there is no fee to obtain documents on Bonfire, a non-refundable $20.00 fee applies to copies of plans and specifications, with an additional $5.00 service charge if they are mailed.
Interested parties can use Bonfire to submit questions or download documents regarding bid items, specifications, and technical details. Tom Nisson is serving as the project manager.
