WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah, Sept. 7, 2026 (Gephardt Daily) — A Silver Alert has been issued for a 78-year-old West Valley City man who has been missing since Saturday. Richard Eugene Wallace was last seen about noon Sept. 5 near 3340 W. , in the area of 4200 South, according to the alert.
