The Hyde Park Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Sept. 2, 2026, to discuss a proposed amendment to the city's Land Use Code, according to a notice published August 20.
The proposed amendment, identified as Ordinance Amendment 2026-20, involves Title 12 of the Land Use Code. The Hyde Park City Planning Department intends to use the amendment to create the Large Lot Residential Zone and Development Standards.
The public hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at 113 E. Center, Hyde Park, UT. Members of the public may provide factual testimony during the hearing or submit written comments to planning@hpcutah.gov.
