The Hyde Park City Planning Commission is scheduled to hold a regular meeting on August 19, 2026, according to a notice posted on August 13. The meeting is set to take place at the Council Chambers located at 113 E Center.
The meeting agenda includes the approval of minutes from August 5, 2026, and a planning staff report by City Planner Machael Layton. Administrative items on the agenda include a Schreiber Foods DA recommendation.
Commissioners will also discuss several ordinances, including Ordinance 2026-16 regarding Subdivision Improvements Agreements, Ordinance 2026-17 regarding Public Works/Private Roads, Ordinance 2026-20 concerning LDR Zone and Standards, Ordinance 2026-18 regarding ADU Ordinance revisions, and Ordinance 2026-19 for Title 12 and 13 cleanup items.
Future items for consideration include the revocation of ARIA development approvals and new MDR, HDR, and CDR zones and standards in BOX. The next regular meeting is scheduled for September 2, 2026.
