The Hyde Park Planning Commission is scheduled to hold a public hearing regarding a proposed amendment to the city's Land Use Code, according to a notice published August 20.
The proposed ordinance, identified as Ordinance Amendment 2026-17, seeks to prohibit hammerhead turn-arounds throughout Titles 11, 12, 13, and 15 of the code.
The public hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, September 2, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The meeting will take place at 113 E. Center St., Hyde Park, UT 84318.
