The Lindon City Planning Commission is scheduled to hold a public hearing on Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2026, to consider amendments to the Lindon City Code. According to a notice posted Sept. 18, the meeting will address updates to Title 17 and 17.08 to align with requirements from the 2026 Utah Legislature's Senate Bill 284.
The proposed changes involve regulations for planning commission appointments, removal, duties, procedures, and meetings. The hearing is set to begin at 6:00 P.M. at the Lindon City Center, located at 100 North State Street, Lindon, UT.
Interested parties may provide oral or written comments during the hearing. Written testimony can be submitted prior to the meeting via email at planning@lindon.gov. Additionally, the meeting can be viewed through a live broadcast on the city's YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/LindonCity.
