The Lindon Planning Commission is scheduled to hold a public hearing on September 29, 2026, to consider a major subdivision request for a property in Lindon, according to a September 18 notice.
Applicant Scott Anderson has requested approval for a major subdivision to create a four-lot single-family residential development. Each lot in the proposed development would have a minimum size of 20,000 square feet.
The subject property is located at 385 N. 135 W. within Lindon's Residential R1-20 zone. According to the notice, the property is identified by Utah County Parcel #14:068:0271.
The public meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. at the Lindon City Center, located at 100 North State Street. Interested parties may provide oral or written testimony during the hearing, though the Planning Commission chair reserves the right to limit oral testimony time.
Written testimony can be submitted prior to the meeting to planning@lindon.gov. The meeting will also be available via live broadcast at www.youtube.com/LindonCity.
