Herriman has scheduled a public hearing for September 2, 2026, to review proposed amendments to Title 10 of the Herriman City Code, according to a August 21 notice.
The meeting, which was scheduled for 7:00 PM on September 2, 2026, at 5355 Herriman Main Street, involves a recommendation to amend the Land Development Code. The city also plans to amend regulations and development standards for Commercial, Mixed Use, and Manufacturing zoning districts concerning seasonal sales activities, outdoor retail displays associated with retail businesses, and commissaries. The proposal includes various technical, clerical, and procedural amendments throughout the code.
