The proposal request covers the City Council Chambers, Council Conference Room, Staff Conference Room, and Police Department Emergency Operations Center. Firms must demonstrate relevant experience with municipal council spaces and emergency operations centers. Applicants need applicable manufacturer certifications, local or regional service capability, and three references for comparable projects completed within the last five years. Proposals must include a compliance matrix, standardized pricing matrix, equipment list, project schedule, support information, and all other required items. Questions are due September 21, 2026, and submissions must be electronic by 5:00 p.00 p.m. Mountain Time on September 30, 2026, and remain valid for at least 120 days.
