The Brian Head Planning Commission will need to postpone the previously

scheduled public hearing from July 21, 2026 and hold it on August 4, 2026. This will be held

during the regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 1:00 pm or shortly thereafter at the Brian

Head Town Hall located at 56 N. Hwy. 143, Brian Head, UT 84719. The public is invited to

attend and give public input on the proposed amendment to the Brian Head Town Code, Title

9:

BRIAN HEAD LAND MANAGEMENT CODE

Chapter 12 (Landscaping and Fencing ) 9-12-5(C)6

A draft of the proposed amendments is available for public inspection hours at the Brian

Head Town offices during normal business hours M-F 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. by calling

(435) 677-2029 or email cclaridge@bhtown.utah.gov

Written Comments may be submitted to the Deputy Town Clerk no later than 4:30 pm July

20, 2026 for the Planning Commission Meeting. Office of the Town Clerk is located at 56

North Hwy. 143, Brian Head, UT or by email to cclaridge@bhtown.utah.gov.

Date: July 15, 2026.
