Skyridge High School athletes have achieved several notable results across multiple sports programs. Recent athletic updates include football highlights, soccer victories, and competitive finishes in tennis, golf, and volleyball.
In football, 11th-grade student Beckham Bennett was named Athlete of the Month. Bennett, who plays running back and wide receiver, contributed to the Falcon offense during a loss against Mountain Ridge.
The Skyridge girls soccer team secured its first win after a series of five consecutive losses. This comes after a season start where the team dropped four games while working under new head coach Jhoan Alvizo.
In tennis, the Skyridge girls tennis team finished in second place at the Utah Valley Ashton Invitational. The boys golf team earned second place in a four-team pre-season tournament at Lakeside Golf Course on Aug. 10, while their JV team also secured a win. The boys golf team previously placed seventh at the Northern Utah Invitational at Eagle Mountain.
The Skyridge girls volleyball team entered the season ranked No. 3 in the preseason Class 6A coaches poll. The team reported split results during the first week of their fall campaign.
The Skyridge High School football team was scheduled to begin its 2026 season with scrimmages and a fundraiser.
