The Oakley Planning Commission scheduled a public hearing for September 2, 2026, to discuss a proposed plat amendment for Maple Ridge Ranches, Lot 6, according to an August 21 notice.
The hearing is set to begin at 6:00 p.m. at 960 W. Center Street. Residents may also participate via Zoom using meeting ID 820 258 4629.
The proposed amendment aims to change the Limits of Disturbance (LOD) for Lot 6. Officials stated that the LOD square footage will remain unchanged, but the configuration of the area would be reconfigured. The amendment does not affect any easements or rights-of-way.
Public comments are being accepted during the hearing and may be limited to three minutes. Comments can also be sent to stephanie@oakleyut.gov for review by Commissioners prior to the meeting. Individuals requiring special accommodations should notify the City recorder, Amy Rydalch, at least 24 hours before the meeting.
