UTAH COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) — One person drowned, and several others were injured after a boating accident in Echo Reservoir over the weekend. According to the Summit County Sheriff's Office (SCSO), they responded to Echo Reservoir around 11:30 a.m. on August 30.
