The Cottonwood Heights Planning Commission will review a conditional use permit request for a home business during a public hearing scheduled for Nov. 4, 2026, according to a notice released Oct. 15, 2026.
Sarah Shepherd has requested a conditional use permit to operate a home business that includes receiving clients at 3295 E. Alta Hills Dr.
The meeting is scheduled to begin with a work session at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Workroom, followed by a business meeting at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at Cottonwood Heights City Hall, located at 2277 E. Bengal Blvd.
The meeting agenda and staff report for the project are scheduled to be posted on the city website by the end of the day on Oct. 29, 2026.
Public comments can be provided verbally during the 6:00 p.m. meeting, with verbal comments limited to three minutes per person unless the agenda specifies otherwise. Written comments must be submitted to city staff by 12:00 p.m. MDT on Nov. 3, 2026, to be distributed to the Hearing Officer prior to the meeting.
