WEST POINT, Utah, July 16, 2026 (Gephardt Daily) — A second man has been arrested in connection with the May 30 fatal shooting of West Point resident James Witten, 71. Abner Aroldo Avila, 21, was arrested in California, and is being held pending extradition to Utah.
