Joshua James Andrew Franklin, age 38, passed away on July 2, 2026.
A native of Price, Utah, Franklin was born on November 16, 1987, to Kathleen Grover and Don Lee Franklin.
Franklin possessed a creative spirit and enjoyed working with his hands. His interests included working on cars and participating in commercial fishing, an activity for which he appreciated the adventure and hard work.
He was also recognized for his talent in drawing. He took pride in his artwork and found joy in sharing his drawings with family members.
Franklin is survived by his father, Don Lee (Shirley) Franklin of Lake Powell; his sister, Amber Franklin of Price; and nieces Victoria Franklin and Aubrey Ward of Lake Powell, along with extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Kathleen Pendleton; grandmother, Judy Bergan; cousin, Bradley Fletcher; aunts Jaime and Sherry Kay; and his uncle Buddy.
