WELLINGTON – Children and families gathered Monday evening at Wellington Park for a colorful community event hosted by the C.A.R.E. Coalition, with support from local sponsors and first responders. Armed with cups of brightly colored chalk, participants eagerly lined up to take part in a variety of activities organized by first responders.
