Canyon Elementary scheduled a carnival for Monday, September 28, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., according to a notice on the school's website. The event features attractions provided by Custom Events.
The carnival includes inflatable attractions such as a giant double slide, an obstacle course race, and a joust, alongside games and prizes. PTA parents planned to offer food, drinks, and yard games for all ages.
Options for participation included unlimited bracelets for access to bounce toys and carnival games, or a punch card providing 10 turns. A section of family yard games was designated to be free to use during the evening.
Donations from the event are intended to support school activities, including literacy activities, Monday munchies, ribbon week, art night, and grownups and donuts.
