Utah Motorsports Campus is reopening under new local ownership and a new name, West Desert, with plans to grow the longtime racing venue into a year-round destination for motorsports, engineering innovation and family entertainment. Utah-based PV3 Enterprises took over the 511-acre Tooele County property earlier this year.
