GRAND COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) — Grand County Emergency Medical Services (GCEMS) performed a life-saving prehospital blood transfusion while responding to a traumatic injury call. According to officials, crews from GCEMS, Grand County Search and Rescue (GCSAR), and the Grand County Sheriff's crews responded to the call in the Mineral Bottom area on Friday night.
