Grand County’s revised 2026 budget eliminates a planned withdrawal from its main operating reserves after the county’s revenue outlook improved. The Grand County Courthouse in Moab. Commissioners adopted a midyear budget amendment Aug. 18 that eliminates a planned reserve withdrawal, increases contributions to five outside entities and leaves an employee cost-of-living adjustment on hold.
