
PUBLIC NOTICE
Please be advised that on August 20, 2026, the City Council of the City of St George
approved the following ordinance(s):
Ordinance No. 2026-063 annexing property into the City of St. George, and adjusting the
corporate boundary lines, to include 2.277 acres located at the intersection of 3430 East in
St. George and 3930 South in Washington City.
Ordinance No. 2026-064 to vacate a portion of the Sage Haven Phase 15 Subdivision plat
identified as a temporary turnaround easement, located at the west end of Somera Drive.
Ordinance No. 2026-065 vacating a portion of a municipal utility easement located between
Lot 122, Cecita Crest at Divario Phase 3 and Lot 123, Cecita Crest at Divario Phase 3 Partial
Amendment A.
Ordinance No. 2026-067 amending the Atkinville Interchange Zone Planned Development
Commercial zone on approximately 3.4 acres generally located east of Arrowhead Canyon
Drive and south of Havasu Drive.
Ordinance No. 2026-068 amending Title 10-17A of the city code amending ADU (Accessory
Dwelling Unit) regulations on lots exceeding 11,000 sq ft and clarifications on existing
detached structures and health and safety codes.
