The Springville City Planning Commission has scheduled a public hearing for Sept. 22, 2026, to consider proposed amendments to the Lakeside Landing Special District Overlay Zone and Pattern Book, according to a September 10 notice.
Lakeside Land Partners, LLC, is proposing changes to Springville City Code Title 11 Chapter 9. The proposed amendments aim to increase flexibility for certain lot types and revise the North Part Regulating Plan to reconfigure blocks and thoroughfares for a proposed development. This is a legislative policy decision regarding development standards. Following the hearing, the Planning Commission will provide a recommendation to the City Council, which will make the final decision at a later public meeting.
The meeting is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. at the Council Chambers, located at 110 South Main Street in Springville. The public is invited to attend and provide comments. Meetings may be conducted by electronic means in accordance with Utah Code Annotated Section 52-4-207 and Springville City Code 2-4-102(4).
The City will provide reasonable accommodations for attendees with special needs if notified at least 48 hours in advance. For further information, individuals may contact the Community Development department.
