The Springville City Council is scheduled to hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2026, according to a notice published Sept. 10. The meeting will take place at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Room located at 110 South Main Street.
The meeting agenda includes a public hearing to consider a resolution and budget amendment for the FY2027 budget. This item is presented by Bruce Riddle, the Assistant City Administrator and Finance Director.
Additional items on the consent agenda include the approval of minutes from the Sept. 1, 2026, work and regular meetings. The council will also consider a resolution for a land purchase agreement for 400 West Right-of-Way at 1600 South, and a resolution to repeal Resolution 2004-11 regarding E911 surcharges that have been superseded by state law.
Furthermore, the council is set to consider a resolution approving a Memorandum of Understanding with Provo Metro SWAT, presented by Public Safety Director Lance Haight.
The council will also recognize Board and Commission members for their service to Springville City. Residents may participate in public comment by submitting a Request to Speak form, though the council is prohibited by state law from acting on items not listed on the agenda.
