The redesigned website organizes the publisher's catalog into five distinct book collections intended to address different stages of life. These collections include Roots of Meaning, A Life of Meaning Through the Seasons of Growth, The Unconventional Leader, The Stewardship of Influence, and Compass of Wonder. Leadership titles are released through the imprint Epoch Leadership Press.
In addition to the book collections, the website introduced a Reflections Library. This library contains short video reflections recorded by Monastra-Sebasco, such as Gratitude in the Storm, Love Is Fuel, and Hope Is Medicine. The publisher stated that the videos are intended to be accessible for those with limited time.
