The Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, to consider land use and rezoning requests, according to a September 4 notice.
The meeting is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 E in Pleasant Grove.
The hearing will include a discussion regarding a rezoning request for a property located at 980 West 1800 North in the North Field Neighborhood. Braxton Rapp has requested to change the zoning of approximately 1.03 acres from the RR (Rural Residential) Zone to the R1-20 Zone.
Additionally, the council will consider a vicinity plan amendment for a property located at approximately 152 North 1400 East in the Grove Creek Neighborhood. Daniel Judd Wray has requested the amendment for approximately 4 acres of land currently in the R1-20 Zone.
