Col. Benverren Fortune (far left), was appointed to the new commander of Tooele Army Depot last Thursday. On July 16, 2026, a Change of Command Ceremony was conducted at the Tooele Army Depot in honor of Col. Luke R. Clover’s service as the commander of the Tooele Army Depot.
