The City of Fillmore has issued an evacuation update for the Widemouth 2 Fire on August 4, 2026. Residents on the south side of 500 South Road, extending southward toward Meadow Town, have been placed on "GO" status and must evacuate immediately.
Areas including Sandrock Ridge Road to 800 East Road and the City boundary line are currently on "SET" status. Residents in these areas should prepare their vehicles for immediate evacuation.
All remaining Fillmore City residents are on "READY" status. These residents are advised to prepare to evacuate at a moment's notice.
The current evacuation statuses for the Widemouth 2 Fire include mandatory evacuation for those south of 500 South Road towards Meadow Town, preparation status for Sandrock Ridge Road to 800 East Road, and a ready status for the rest of Fillmore City.
