The Snow College men's soccer team split its first two games to start the season. According to an undated notice in the Snow College athletics archives, the Badgers defeated Casper College 8-1 before losing to Arizona Western College 3-2.
In a preseason poll released in August, the Snow College men's soccer team was ranked 19th in the NJCAA Division I Men's Soccer rankings. The team had previously been ranked as high as No. 13 in the NJCAA rankings.
Lewis Wilson was named the head coach of the men's soccer team after serving in an interim role. Wilson took over the position from Jack Larter, who accepted a coaching position at Utah Valley University.
The program has seen significant individual success, including Isaac Stanley being named to the NJCAA All-American 2nd Team. Additionally, the Scenic West Athletic Conference named Mathias Christensen as Goalkeeper of the Year and Isaac Stanley as Player of the Year.
Snow College has also demonstrated academic excellence, with the NJCAA announcing that a record 123 student-athletes from the college earned spots on NJCAA All-Academic Teams across 13 different sports.
