Francisco Partners has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Weave Communications, Inc. in a transaction valued at approximately $650 million. Upon completion of the deal, the Lehi-based company will become a private entity and cease trading on the NYSE.

The Lehi High School girls tennis team won the first-ever Lehi Ladies Open Tennis Tournament by winning more sets and games than competing teams despite a tie in team records. The Pioneers also recorded a 3-1 record in the JV portion of the preseason event.

Twin brothers identified in Kearns funeral shooting
Family friends identified the brothers as Vilisoni "Soni" Angilau, who was killed in the shooting, and his twin brother, Vita Angilau, who remains in critical condition at the hospital. 18-year-old twin brothers identified as the victims.
