The River Heights City Council held a regular meeting on September 1, 2026, at the River Heights City Office Building. The meeting, which began at 6:30 p.m., included several legislative items and a presentation from the Cache Valley Humanitarian Center.
During the session, Dwight Whitaker provided a presentation regarding the Cache Valley Humanitarian Center Five-year Anniversary. The agenda also included the adoption of an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Ordinance, changes to the River Heights City Code, and minor changes to the General Plan.
Additional items on the agenda included the adoption of a resolution to adjust solid waste fees and a brief review of the Rental Unit Utility Service Charges Policy.
