The Weber Area Council of Governments Housing Subcommittee will hold a regular meeting on Monday, Sept. 14, 2026, according to a notice posted Sept. 11. The meeting is scheduled to take place in the Commission Conference Room in Ogden.
The meeting is set to begin at 3:15 p.m. and is expected to conclude by 4:15 p.m. The session will be held at 2380 Washington Blvd. Suite 360 in Ogden.
Agenda items for the meeting include a request for approval of minutes from the meeting held on Aug. 3, 2026. Discussion topics will include new housing production tools regarding zoning, multi-family, and creative ADU ordinances, as well as the preservation of existing CRA or housing funding to preserve affordability. Additionally, the subcommittee will discuss Opportunity Zones.
