Jennelle Zajac interviewed City Council candidates in Parowan to provide voters with information regarding the upcoming General Election. The interviews were conducted after a previous meet the candidates event hosted by the Parowan Chamber of Commerce earlier in the year.
Following a primary election where voters selected five candidates to compete for three City Council spots, no further meet the candidates nights were scheduled. To provide an alternative for voters, Zajac compiled a list of typical questions for City Council candidates and asked each candidate the same set of questions. The answers provided by the candidates were formatted but not edited.
The interviews were released to help Parowan voters understand the views of the candidates. The results are available as a supporting document on the city's website.
